Attention Deficit Disorder..Anyone got it?

I have A.D.D., and do not take any medications for it, and I'd
like to know how other people, deal with this.
I cope with my disorder, by having ALL THE THINGS I STAY
BUSY WITH, in one building, and I can ''go from one thing...to
another, without getting bored..."
This is the only way I've figured out that I can be Productive
at the same time, and USE MY HANDICAP, to the best ad-
vantage, for me and other people too.
In this One Room 30 x 40, I have a Snack Center (pop,candy
chips, sandwiches etc, and use the money as a support
system, in helping the Causes of other people.
I have a table where people can sit down %26 visit, and a table
for the computer, and a table, where I can do ''handstitching"
on, and another table, where I can answer mail, and such..
and I have fun doing these things, AND I HAVE A PORTABLE
PHONE, WITH ME EVERY STEP I TAKE IN HERE. I am
never, without something to do, with my hands, and my mind.
How do you handle your symptoms?
Answer:
same as you do keep busy on many tasks that dont have a deadline!
Keep on doing as you do. My nephew doesn't take medication either and he does not care, as he is doing great. He says after all there are not any evident reasons to confirm that dianosis. He does not really feel like ADD.
See ADD/ADHD at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris... on page 7, and consider taking the supplements, which should help you, after giving them several weeks to find out, otherwise stop them.
u got to stay busy. and don't get upset when people on the computer. ask question. you are not a bad person. don't make people turn against u. but maybe u don't give a **** other well. clam down. get in a program for anger you must have alot of build up problem. talk to people don't hate. take a chill pill
